Notice how this ancient miniature sculpture - depicting Jelyzotl, the Mexican deity of flexiblilty and multi tasking - clearly is doing the classic Japanese 'Lucky Cat' arm gesture.

Could it be proof that contact has been established between these two cultures well before previously assumed?

And if so, how did such an important artifact end up on a Portobello Road paving slab?
